Ready to take things in a different direction, but not sure where to start? Let’s start here.

Strategic Planning
Systems and plans are key for small organizations to maximize their impact. Everyone’s time is valuable, and it’s essential to regularly assess systems to make sure they’re working well for your entire team. Only by having a good handle on your processes can you begin to discover the best ways to grow. Together, we’ll walk through the process to create a great strategic plan to guide your work.
Packages start at $4500
Organizational Assessment
Is it time to take a step back and look at the big picture? During a two-day site visit, we’ll look at all aspects of your organization–exhibits, governance, fundraising, staffing, and more. You’ll receive a comprehensive report, with long term and short term action steps that will enable your organization to become stronger and more resilient.
Packages start at $5000

Revenue Planning
It never fails–we always seem to have more ideas than dollars to make those dreams a reality. By taking a hard look at all revenue streams, both earned income and fundraising, we’ll develop a manageable plan to maximize your income potential.
Packages start at $3000
Accreditation or STePS Coach
Great! You’ve made the decision to begin Core Document Review for accreditation or joined the STePS program. But as you get going, is it starting to feel a little overwhelming? I’m here to help, whether it’s providing resources, facilitating meetings, writing policies, or just listening. A monthly retainer program gives you consistency for your budget–and the time to accomplish your goals.
