Prior to founding Prycer Consulting, Melissa spent more than two decades in the museum field, where she reimagined programming, strengthened organizational capacity, and developed community-centered historic experiences. Prycer Consulting partners with small to mid-sized cultural and nonprofit organizations to navigate strategic challenges and chart paths toward long-term success.
